I often view twenty or thirty properties before shortlisting approximately five to ten for you to view with me at a time to suit you. Don’t worry if you are overseas, we can conduct a ‘virtual viewing’, which is very effective. It is usually the case that my clients choose their perfect property from my shortlist, but in the unlikely event that none of the shortlisted properties are exactly suitable I will continue with my search until I find ‘the one’.
Once the perfect property has been identified, I use my in-depth knowledge of the local property market and highly effective negotiation skills to acquire your chosen property at the best possible price.
