London Property Finder Fees
Initial Retainer Fee
An initial retainer fee is payable on instruction and fully deducted from the final success fee.
Property Search Buying Success Fee
A success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price. 50% is payable upon exchange of contracts and 50% is payable upon completion.
Property Search Rental Success Fee
A success fee equivalent to one month’s rent is payable at the time of signing the rental agreement. Minimum fee applies.

- Property shortlist viewings with client
- Negotiation of purchase/rental price
- Overseeing conveyancing/rental agreement through to receiving keys to your chosen property
